Support Staff | North Wales - Warrington

We want you to join us as Support Staff (Full/part-time or bank) supporting adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs in their own home in Warrington.

If the following is important to you:

  • helping people to learn new skills
  • helping people to make friendships and be part of their local neighbourhoods
  • finding ways to help people have more in control in their lives and become more confident in their abilities
  • using your interests, skills and your personality with people we support based on what you can bring to their lives.

We invest in your professional development - from mandatory induction training to specialist areas e.g. person-centred practice, Positive Behaviour Management, QCF / NVQ’s

Previous experience in supporting people in health/social care is preferred, but not essential.

Chris Woods receives special award from Mansfield Football Club for 30 yrs service

For the past 30 years Monday through to Thursday Chris Woods, a gentle man we support in the East Midlands, has dutifully turned up for work as a grounds man at Mansfield Football Club.

In recognition of his dedication and hard work Mansfield Football Club have given him a special award for his 30 years of service which has included a 2015/2016 complimentary Season Ticket!
