No prior experience is necessary as we employ dedicated trainers who deliver a through induction to all staff before they work.

Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend Work only and Bank Support Workers are required to care for clients across the Herne Bay area.

Staff are required to work supporting clients as part of a team covering a 24 hour period and must have experience of working with Autism and Challenging Behaviour.

Pay: £7.50 to £8.00 per hour

Daily tasks to include (may include)

  • Personal care
  • Dressing/undressing;
  • Administering medication;
  • Supporting individuals to look after finances;
  • Escorting individuals to appointments;
  • Taking part in daily outings and age appropriate activities;
  • Support individuals to maintain their household including cleaning, shopping and meal preparation

It is desirable that candidates possess experience of working with learning disabilities and or mental health and Autism and Challenging Behaviour.

Full Induction / Mandatory Training package provided including Care Certificate. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the Applicant.
