Aspirations care are looking for individuals who are interested in providing support to Adults with Autism and associated complex and challenging behaviours within a supported living environment (in their own home).
Whilst previous experience in the care sector is ideally what we are looking for don't discount the skills and knowledge you may have also had exposure to through caring for loved one’s or through voluntary work. For Aspirations care, it is more about sharing our values, having a positive outlook and maintaining a good sense of humour in sometimes challenging circumstances. In return, you’ll receive £8 per hour dependant on experience, linked to qualifications, plus training.
Please note, both Full and Part Time positions are available.
What we are looking for...
You will, ideally;
- have achieved an QCF/NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or be excited by the prospect of gaining a recognised qualification
- hold a current driving licence (preferably);
- be able to remain calm in difficult situations;
- be comfortable undertake elements of personal care as and when required.
